OPG is Ontario’s largest generators, producing almost half of the Province’s electricity. As of 2014, coal was no longer used to make electricity and now OPG’s energy generation fleet consists of 66 hydroelectric systems, two nuclear stations, one thermal station, one wind turbine and two renewable biomass facilities.
